Independence
MotionKit is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic, PBC, and it is not the Motion feature built into Claude. “Claude” and “Claude Code” are trademarks of Anthropic and are used here only to describe what MotionKit works with. HyperFrames is an open-source project by HeyGen; MotionKit is not affiliated with HeyGen.
What you buy
A subscription gives you a licence key to download and update the MotionKit skill pack while the subscription is active. You need your own coding agent and its own subscription or usage; that is not included.
Licence
Creator: use by one person on up to 2 computers, including for your own commercial work. Studio: use on up to 10 computers within one organisation, including videos made for clients. You may not resell or redistribute the pack itself.
Your content
Everything you make with the pack is yours. Your documents are processed on your own computer and are not sent to us.
Share links
Share links host videos you choose to upload. You are responsible for what you upload: do not share anything unlawful, infringing or that you have no right to distribute. We may remove a link that breaks these rules. Links are available while your subscription is active.
Billing, cancelling and refunds
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time from the link in your receipt; access continues to the end of the paid period. If the pack does not run on your machine, ask within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Creem.
No warranty
The pack is provided as is. Output quality depends on your agent, your content and your machine. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 3 months.
